Please join us for a three part series addressing the ways in which yoga, mindfulness, and mediation improve mental health. Yoga and Meditation instructor, Jesse Schiffmacher and Mindfulness Based Psychotherapist, Katie Cheadle will lead an integrative and uniquely curated workshop aimed to support you on your journey towards healing. The series will address the Stress epidemic, Anxiety, and Depression. We look forward to creating a space that will allow individuals to merge the powers of mind and body, using a holistic approach towards creating wholeness and meaning, and fostering an environment of self exploration. You will leave with tools, resources, and skills that will support you far beyond the end of our workshop series. We look forward to seeing you at the studio!


About the Teacher:
Jesse Schiffmacher (RYT) received her 200 hour certificate of completion from The Yoga Mat in Orange County. She took her first yoga class at the age of fourteen and fell in love. For the next ten years, Jesse continued to practice off and on when she was able to find the time. Two years ago, after discovering how much it helped her manage and deal with her depression and anxiety, yoga became a daily practice and ritual. The more time she invested into her practice, the more joy and gratitude she was able to find in her life. Now completely dedicated to self love and self care, Jesse is an activist for the healing powers of yoga, pranayama, and mediation in particular. Jesse specializes in vinyasa flow and incorporating breath work and philosophy into her classes.
