Candlelight Flow 1/2- 75-78 °F
A slower moving vinyasa flow that guides you through a blend of yoga styles under the dim glow of the candles. The lighting will set the mood and instantly relax your mind and body. This class is a great way to end your hectic day. The purpose is to leave you feeling rested. All levels welcome.

Foundational Flow- 75-78 °F
Focuses on the essential building blocks of a strong practice. Learn from the ground up in this slower practice and create the correct alignment with more instructional cues and the demonstrated poses. All levels welcome.

Lunchtime Yoga- 78-80 °F
Take 45 minutes out of your crazy day to quiet the mind and strengthen the body. This lunchtime yoga class will get you in & out feeling rejuvenated, awakened, refreshed and ready to face your workplace. Option to stay after 12:45pm for a 5-10 minute savasana. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa 1/2- 78-80 °F
Focuses on detoxing & exhilarating the body, mind, & spirit. It combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout. This class may include poses, such as inversions, deep backbends, and arm balances.

Vinyasa 2- 80-85 °F
Focuses on connecting breath to movement, which detoxes & exhilarates the body, mind, & spirit. It is a faster moving practice that combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout. This is a more physically active class that icorporates more physically challenging poses, such as inversions, deep backbends, and arm balances. Prior yoga experience recommended.

Yoga 101- 75-78 °F
This is the PERFECT beginner class if you have never done yoga before and would like to start from the foundation up or need to get back to the basics. Yoga 101 will help you learn the poses and create the correct alignment in your body to enjoy yoga safely. 

Yoga Blend 1/2- 80 °F
Focuses on detoxing & exhilarating the body, mind, & spirit. It combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout.

Yin/Active Stretch- 78 °F
Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that incorporates poses that are held for long periods of time, using breath work, mindfulness, gravity, and your body weight in order to get a deep stretch in your muscles. Typically, each pose is held for 2-5 minutes without warming up the muscles. In a portion of the class dynamic/active stretch will be incorporated, increasing flexibility through movement, rather than by simply holding a position. Stretching decreases your risk of injury, relieves back pain, and boosts your athletic performance, preventing potential injuries. Try this class before a race, after/before a workout, or at the end of the day—and experience the difference a little motion can make. All levels are welcome.

Yin/Restoratives- 75-78 °F
A yin/restoratives yoga class with emphasis on incorporating yoga blocks, straps, & blankets for proper form and alignment. The focus is on stretching & breathing into yoga postures. This class guides you through a deeper relaxation for the mind & body to help in the healing process. Bring a pillow, eye pillow, and blanket if you would like. All levels welcome.

Yin & Sound Healing Meditation- 75-78 °F
Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body’s flow of energy. Coupled with sound, we balance the body on a physical and subtle energetic level. Poses are held longer than a vinyasa yoga class, 45 seconds up to 5 minutes.
