Join Roxy for a Sunday Funday and take your practice onto the water!  We are teaming up with Paddle Into Fitness, which specializes in Stand-up Paddle instruction & SUP Yoga, and is owned by SUP Professional, Gillian Gibree. Roxy was trained personally by Gillian, so during this 90 minute workshop, you will learn the paddle techniques of the pros, plus learn how to modify your yoga practice for the water.  The boards will provide you with just enough stability to keep you above water, but just enough sensitivity to really encourage you to engage your core more than you might in a traditional yoga class.  Paddling around Huntington Harbor is fun and invigorating in of itself…couple that with your favorite asanas and you’ve got a truly amazing experience that’s sure to be the highlight of your summer!

We will be watching "10 Questions to the Dali Lama". Come take Roxy's Yoga to the Peeps class before at 4pm. Bring snacks, drinks, chairs, what ever you need to get comfy!



MAY 1st-TUESDAYS & THURSDSAYS @ 12:30-1:45pm (10 sessions)

This workshop is for the Active Aging Adult to build strength and endurance in the comfort of a chair. This program will include Pilates, Yoga and Core Strengthing with the help of fitness circles, bands and weights.

*all ages are welcome


BOOK CLUB is finally starting!!!

Our first meeting will be on April 24th at 6:15pm-7:30pm (roughly).

What you need to do...

  • Get your book ASAP, "Living Your Yoga: Finding the Spiritual in Everyday Life" by Judith Hanson Lasater
  • Read Part One: "Awakening Awareness: Yoga Within Yourself" (if you don't have time to read the whole thing, "no big deal, come anyways".
  • Come and listen and/or discuss
  • Other dates
    •  May 29th: Part Two: "Widening the Circle: Yoga & Relationships"
    • June 26th: Part Three: "Embracing All Life: Yoga & the World"

*Take Mona's Vibrant Vinyasa 1/2 class at 5pm or take Cecilia's Restoratives after at 7:45pm to relax and connect with your inner peace through stretch and breathe, or why not take BOTH.

**Feel free to bring snacks and/or drinks, and of course, knowledge to share.


KIDS YOGA (ages 5-12) Starting In April! 

STARTS APRIL 17th-TUESDAYS @ 3:45-4:45pm.

The kiddos will get to be creative, have fun & interact through Yoga Poses, Partner Poses, Fun Yoga Games, Relaxation, and Resting Poses. Children not only develop a peace of mind, but also learn how to strengthen the body, improve balance, build concentration, and nurture their individuality.

*A 10% discount to families with Multiples or if friends come together
