Join Roxy for a Sunday Funday and take your practice onto the water! We are teaming up with Paddle Into Fitness, which specializes in Stand-up Paddle instruction & SUP Yoga, and is owned by SUP Professional, Gillian Gibree. Roxy was trained personally by Gillian, so during this 90 minute workshop, you will learn the paddle techniques of the pros, plus learn how to modify your yoga practice for the water. The boards will provide you with just enough stability to keep you above water, but just enough sensitivity to really encourage you to engage your core more than you might in a traditional yoga class. Paddling around Huntington Harbor is fun and invigorating in of itself…couple that with your favorite asanas and you’ve got a truly amazing experience that’s sure to be the highlight of your summer!
