SENIOR SITTING STRONG WORKSHOP
Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 01:33AM MAY 1st-TUESDAYS & THURSDSAYS @ 12:30-1:45pm (10 sessions)
This workshop is for the Active Aging Adult to build strength and endurance in the comfort of a chair. This program will include Pilates, Yoga and Core Strengthing with the help of fitness circles, bands and weights.
