Location: Farmers Park/Cultivation Kitchen in Downtown Anaheim
 
Price: $20, includes class & drink (cocktail, coffee, tea, kombucha, wine, beer, & more)
 
Come join us as we move through a practice that will calm down the mind and relax every part of your body after a long day at work. The practice will be set outside during sunset in a beautiful garden setting.
 
All levels are welcome! Bring your own mat and cash is best.

Coffee Shop Yoga

A Monthly Community Workshop Class Series on healthy  habit formation and self-awareness principles with breath, body, and mind.
 
Date: Every third Saturday of the Month
 
Time: 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM (75 min.)
 
Price: $25 per session
 
About The Workshops: Just as a cup of morning coffee is a cozy routine, join us every 3rd Saturday for a warmhearted morning practice of breathing techniques, body movement, and mindful rest in a beautiful space. Coffee Shop Yoga™ focuses on healthy habit formation and self-awareness principles that can bring positive results in work, school, projects, and life with a faith-based approach. Experience healthy habits for breath, body, and mind in the midst of community. All levels are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, and any props you find helpful.
 
Each session will be unique, and, it is not necessary to attend all sessions. Come once, twice, thrice, or, to all monthly sessions. ($25 for 1 session.)

About the Teacher: Yvonne finds purpose in sharing the gems she has collected through her life experiences in management, manufacturing, and marketing alongside her understanding of body movement through “meditation in motion”. Being very familiar with the burdens and stresses that come with daily life, she intentionally weaves her classes to create a sanctuary space to explore the mind-body with honesty and sweetness. Through dynamic movement and cultivating breath-and-body awareness, Yvonne hopes to spark others to find breakthrough in any season of life and create habits that move us toward better days. Even while her mind is connecting dots for a new business proposal, consumer product, or client presentation, Yvonne anchors herself in faith and an attitude of gratitude. She is beyond blessed by her communities of friends, family, and faith. Yvonne completed her RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in 2014 with her teachers turned friends Sandra and Scott Winslow through Cloud Nine Yoga, and additional training in Trauma-informed Yoga through YogaWorks.
