Class Descriptions

 

Candlelight Flow 1/2- 75-78 °F
A slower moving vinyasa flow that guides you through a blend of yoga styles under the dim glow of the candles. The lighting will set the mood and instantly relax your mind and body. This class is a great way to end your hectic day. The purpose is to leave you feeling rested. All levels welcome.

Foundational Flow  (all levels)- 75-78 °F
Focuses on the essential building blocks of a strong practice. Learn from the ground up in this slower practice and create the correct alignment with more instructional cues and the demonstrated poses. Recommended for beginners.

Gentle Healing/Yin Restoratives- 75 °F
A yoga class with emphasis on incorporating yoga blocks, straps, & blankets for proper form and alignment. The focus is on stretching & breathing into yoga postures. This class guides you through a deeper relaxation for the mind & body to help in the healing process. Most poses are done on your back. All levels welcome.

Happy Hour Yoga- 75-78 °F
Come destress after a long days work and unwind. This class is for all levels and will provide you with any modifications you need, whether a beginner or advanced student. This class is ONLY $5!!! That's the price of getting your morning coffee in the morning, but even better!!!

Kundalini- 75 °F
Kundalini Yoga is called the "Yoga of Awareness" These ancient teachings are designed to stimulate and integrate mind, body, and spirit through kriyas (stretching exercises), pranayam (breathing), and the use of mantras (chanting) and mudras (hand positions). All levels welcome.

Prenatal Yoga- 75 °F
Growing that “baby belly” can be a wonderful time, but it’s often mixed with challenges for the body and mind. Attend this class for a beautiful practice of nurturing meditations and nourishing movements to prime you and your blossoming child for an easier, more bountiful pregnancy and delivery

Power Hour Yoga 1/2- 80 °F
Take an hour out of your crazy day to quiet the mind and strengthen the body. Power hour yoga will get you in & out feeling rejuvenated, awakened, refreshed and ready to face your workplace. Prior yoga experience recommended. Vinyasa Flow 1/2- Vinyasa focuses on detoxing & exhilarating the body, mind, & spirit. It combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout.

Vinyasa 1/2- 78-80 °F
Focuses on detoxing & exhilarating the body, mind, & spirit. It combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout. This class may include poses, such as inversions, deep backbends, and arm balances.

Vinyasa 2- 80 °F

Focuses on connecting breath to movement, which detoxes & exhilarates the body, mind, & spirit. It is a faster moving practice that combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout. This is a more physically active class that icorporates more physically challenging poses, such as inversions, deep backbends, and arm balances. Prior yoga experience recommended.

Yoga 101- 75 °F
This is the PERFECT beginner class if you have never done yoga before and would like to start from the foundation up or need to get back to the basics. Yoga 101 will help you learn the poses and create the correct alignment in your body to enjoy yoga safely. 

Yoga Blend 1/2- 80 °F
Focuses on detoxing & exhilarating the body, mind, & spirit. It combines strength, balance, & flexibility in a beautiful flow creating a solid physical, mental, & spiritual workout.

Yoga Body Sculpt- 80 °F
Build strength and stamina while sculpting and toning muscles in this fun and upbeat vinyasa class. Free weights, resistance bands, and the magic circle will be incorporated into your yoga practice for added intensity.

Yin Yasa- 75 °F
This class is designed to promote optimal joint flexibility while balancing energy in the body and mind. The first portion of class will tone and draw awareness into the joints through long held, seated Yin Yoga asanas. We will then move into an Ashtanga Yoga based flow to warm and stretch the muscles. This is a deep, meditative class that will leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. Great for all levels.
